For experienced people who are available year round, our starting hourly wages for the front of the house team, who are the people that care for our guests, $18/hour; for the back of the house team, who are the backbone of what we do, the range is $18-$20/hour. In addition, all hourly positions receive a share of credit card and cash tips, which can result in substantial increase in hourly pay. Typically all members of our staff average an additional $11-12/hour in earnings from tips. We offer holiday bonuses, monthly employee giveaways, and just a straight up fun place to work.
